**Requirements**:

- An agreement letter from your University or Business School
- EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
- Temporary or permanent residence in Barcelona area
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken

**Terms & Conditions**
- Scholarship 960€ per month
- 135€ per month
- Access to Nestle supermarket (30% to 50% off)
- Medical Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship

**Period of internship**
- 6 months internship
- Full-time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 pm with optional flexible schedule)

**Main purpose of the Position**

During your practice you will become a member of a team of high calibre professionals working on real and targeted projects. You will have the opportunity to work on and practice your knowledge and skills with various Microsoft tools and techniques plus be very close to the Solution Design and Data Science functions supporting the world’s largest commercial Business Analytics system using the latest SAP and other Vendor tools and techniques in an Agile way.

**Key Tasks**

Support the Training, Team Administration and Communication strategy for the Barcelona Analytics Service Line teams through:

- Work with the Global Marketing team on building the global paid media taxonomy and standardize data across channels.
- Implement the Always - On Marketing comms. Strategy across nestle markets and roll out the taxonomy
- Lead the building of analytics communities and communicating the global roadmaps to markets
- Work with Nestle markets on marketing insights report development, documentation, and areas of improvements
- Manage the entire communication on different channels around marketing strategies.
- Train markets and media agencies on the latest taxonomy
- Build and track the naming convention accuracy across nestle and communicate with markets and agencies on the best practices.
- Operations Functional Support (onboarding external vendors)
- Work with data sets with tools ranging from MS Excel, power BI, PowerPoint
- Assist with design, preparation and use of various MS PowerPoint presentations that will be used and needed regularly within Nestle global marketing analytics community
- Ability to present the global marketing analytics strategy, data, and insights
- Assist with the maintenance and creation of marketing MS SharePoint pages & sub-sites
- Assist and improve Reports and Dashboards regarding marketing analytics related Team KPI’s
- Close liaison with the general GLOBE team admin and communications functions
- Contribute with fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and creativity
- PLUS: to have knowledge on Digital/social media marketing analytics and the openness to explore data.
