Das Continental Europe Underwriting Center in Madrid ist ein integraler Bestandteil des EMEA-Geschäfts von Chubb. Als Mitglied des mehrsprachigen und mehrspartigen Chubb-Geschäftes in Madrid werden Sie kleine und mittelständische Kunden (und die Makler, die sie betreuen) unterstützen.

Die Position ist direkt dem Teamleiter für Deutschland unterstellt.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Sie bieten Maklern einen exzellenten Service und sind ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für externe und interne Stakeholder, einschließlich des lokalen Landes, für das im Underwriting Center bearbeitete Geschäft.
Sicherstellung der Underwriting Integrität im Verantwortungsbereich, Einführung und Einhaltung von UW-Richtlinien, Umsetzung und Einhaltung von UW-Audit Empfehlungen sowie die persönliche Betreuung von Kunden und Maklern im zugeordneten Bereich.
Underwriting - selbständig ohne Anleitung - von Bestandsgeschäft im Bereich Casualty im Rahmen der gültigen Chubb Guidelines und Authorities in dem Segment Middle Market. Underwriting umfasst hierbei insbesondere regelmäßig folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Einholen und Bewerten von Informationen sowie Prüfen von Ausschreibungsunterlagen;
- Prüfen und Bewerten von Deckungskonzepten - und -strukturen;
- Erarbeiten von Alternativen;
- Preisfindung von Risiken;
- Erarbeiten von rechtsverbindlichen Angeboten;
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Maklern;
- Durchführen von internen Vorlageprozessen / Referral Underwriting.

Bearbeitung von internen Referrals & Vorlagen von Underwritern mit niedrigeren Zeichungsvollmachten.
Identifikation von unprofitabel verlaufenden Geschäftsverbindungen (Portfolioreview) und Einleitung/Durchführung von Sanierungsverhandlungen in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung und Vertrieb
Eingabe von Daten in Chubb interne System wie z.B. Sharepoint, Global Rate, Portal, Workview
Sie arbeiten eng mit Underwriting
- und Vertriebsteams an verschiedenen Standorten in Europa zusammen, um die Nachhaltigkeit des Portfolios sicher zu stellen, unser Angebot zu fördern und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten zu nutzen.
Betreuung zugeordneter Regionen bzw. Makler
- und Kundenverbindungen im Bereich Haftpflicht in Abstimmung und Koordination mit Vertrieb.
Unterstützung von Maklern, die kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen betreuen, durch Pflege guter Geschäftsbeziehungen, Erbringung qualitativ hochwertiger Dienstleistungen und Einhaltung von Fristen per Telefon und E-Mail sowie gelegentliche Besuche bei Bedarf.
Sicherstellung einer effektiven Verwaltung der Policen während ihres gesamten Lebenszykluses.
Instruktion / Koordination von sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen/Kolleginnen in Bereichen Schaden, Operations, Risk-Engineering, Vertrieb und Finance.
Ausfertigung von komplexen Dokumenten (z.B. Versicherungsbestätigungen, Nachträgen, Wordings etc.) so dies im Einzelfall nicht von den zugeordneten Serviceeinheiten geleistet werden kann.
Unterstützung aller Entwicklungen, die zur Erreichung unserer Geschäftsstrategien erforderlich sind.
Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Fach

**Qualifications**:
**Ihr Profil**:
Muttersprache oder Zweisprachigkeit in Deutsch ist ein Muss
Englisch auf Business-Niveau ist ein Muss
Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Underwriter in den Sparten Casualty
Versicherungskaufmann mit mind. 10 Jahren Erfahrung* oder
Versicherungsfachwirt mit mind. 7 Jahren Erfahrung* oder
Dipl. Betriebswirt / Dipl. Kaufmann / Jurist mit mind. 5 Jahren Erfahrung*
Bachelor-Abschluss ist wünschenswert
Beherrschung der Microsoft Office-Tools (Excel, Outlook und Word).
Effiziente Kommunikation und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit, Termintreue und die Bereitschaft, die Qualität unserer Angebote zu liefern und zu verbessern.
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, um die notwendigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Lebenszyklus der Chubb-Policen und -Instrumente zu identifizieren, mit Interesse an persönlichem Lernen und Lernen im Team.
