Promotion Manager

**Descripción**:
We are looking for a Promotion Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the street-level promotion activities. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating the efforts of the PR team to maximize the club's visibility, enhance brand awareness, and drive attendance to events.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and manage the Street PR team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination of promotional activities.
- **Campaign Planning**: Develop strategic plans for street-level promotions, aligning them with the overall marketing objectives and upcoming events at Pacha Ibiza.
- **Resource Allocation**: Optimize the distribution of promotional materials, ensuring the team covers key locations to reach the target audience effectively.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to Street PR team members, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze the effectiveness of street promotions, providing regular reports on attendance, feedback, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align street-level efforts with other promotional channels, ensuring a unified and impactful marketing strategy.
- **Event Coordination Support**: Assist in coordinating logistics related to street-level promotions for specific events, collaborating with event organizers and the marketing team.

**Requisitos**:

- Previous experience in a coordination or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local Ibiza nightlife scene is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
