**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Core Banking Associate, you will be part of a team that leads the future of banking with a high level of knowledge in the sector and that is focused on having valuable conversations with our clients to differentiate ourselves. You will also be able to interact with global organizations in the search of synergies and with a training plan that will help you to grow in your professional career.
You will collaborate closely with top-tier banks on their strategic plan, leading these plans, designing new experiences and ways of working, redefining new processes for the future and supporting our client in achieving the objectives of transformation, modernization and optimization, always with the support of the latest technologies and digital ecosystems of IBM.
What you can expect from the workplace?
In IBM Consulting we have a flexible way of working self-regulated by every team according to their needs. We have created a manifesto where each team decides on how they want to arrange their routines, when to block time for lunch, which days to get together and meet at the office... It depends on which client/project you are in but it also depends on you.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Work experience not required, maximum 1 year of internship experience
- Languages required: English (B2, written and spoken), Spanish (native/C1)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in consulting or auditing (Big 4 / technological) is preferred. Technical knowledge is not required. Skills or experience in Banking, design thinking and agile methodologies preferred, but not essential.
- Education in any of the following domains: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Human Science & Tech, Innovation & Transformation
