The Planning Trainee you will be part of the Supply Planning Team and will have the opportunity to learn the different strategies of the planning team at European level.

What will you do?- In our Planning Early Year Talent Program you will gain valuable experience working in our EMEA Planning Center of Excellence based in Barcelona. You will learn and understand our business, our people and purpose: what we do & why it matters.
- You will support both the demand planning and supply planning areas of the different Manufacturing plants in Europe.
- The role will involve being exposed internally with the main stakeholders of planning and manufacturing plants in Europe.- Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain or related studies.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
- Passion for results.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ambition to develop supply chain and planning capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Additional qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge with MS Office Tools.
- Experience in Supply Chain / Project Management is a plus.
- Most of all, looking for people with a real passion for learning and willing to grow.
