JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible to deliver tailor actions for Strategic Accounts from a sourcing perspective, leading the communication between Sourcing, Sales, Clients and rest of dependencies involved. Understanding the clients´ strategy and needs, the market insights, and sourcing priorities in order to optimize their portfolios and drive results with Tailor Contracting and linked operations actions such as Specific Campaigns plan or product optimization, that will achieve the goal to increase the SOW of this Strategic Accounts within their Region.
- Leading communications and link between Sales, Clients and Regional Sourcing Team
- Driving for excellence and efficiency in Tailor Contracting and linked Operations
- Ensure clients have the best product offer for their special needs: Campaigns, Contracting on Behalf and Final Price Contracts / brochures, Flash Sales, and Groups
- Optimization of Accommodation Accounts, providing support on Mapping to clients on Special Requirements and Product Selection
- Making sure our G&Ds and Top Sellers are well promoted and positioned in all channels: on and offline, own and third parties
- Preparation and Escorting of Fam Trips for Clients as well as for Sales Team
- Presentation of Key Products to Sales Team and Clients as well as maintaining the right database for promoting our G&Ds

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar level required
- Communication skills Experience within different areas in a Global Company
- Experience in market trends and product knowledge in Similar position with Sales, Sourcing and Clients
- Ability to identify, prioritize and leverage opportunities within the markets and clients and communicate souring accordingly
- Project Management experience
- Fluent English & Spanish required
- Higher degree in Tourism, Economics or similar
- Data Analysis and fluent Compay tools knowledge( tableau, SF )
