The job is completely remote with flexible working hours.

Location: Remote

**Employment type: Self employed**

**1000 euro - 5000 + euro net/month**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build/grow your own desk (very important)
- Arrange interviews for senior consultants
- Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English
- **Minimum 1 year experience as a Freelance Recruiter is a Must**:

- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
