The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a West-Mediterranean Activation Marketer for our Health Information Systems Division, you will have the responsibility to drive the demand generation through local activation and engagement of our customers. You will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing plan for your region.

As an Activation Marketer for our Health Information Systems Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Being accountable for the activation activities for the marketing department:_- Responsible for Marketing planning, Program definition and calendar development_- Manage local marketing calendar of execution_- Build competitive intelligence_- Align the campaigns _outcomes/input/results_ and measure return on investment_- Fully responsible for demand generation at the local layer_- Determining the market size and potential, for current products or new products_- Selecting and organizing local marketing requirements: Trade shows, Customer events, Key opinion leaders_- Knowing the customer and market dynamics, key market trends. Build a good understanding of the local product portfolio._- Working with the sales organization and the area portfolio leaders in order to reach the divisional goals_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing- Experience in Market studies and launches of new products- Professional English and Spanish. Good knowledge of French is a plus- Willingness to collaborate with sales reps to promote products, promotions etc- Willingness to face customers for VOC, events, etc- Experience in the Healthcare (IT) market is a plus- Eager to work in a multi-cultural team: collaborate with marketing colleagues over EMEA/USA and with a strong local team of sales and professional services

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Sales experience is a plus.- Business development experience is a plus as we want to enter other markets.- Experience in Project management, Prioritization

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 10% of time for customer visits or local events. Mainly in Spain but eventually France as well.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
