**Your mission**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and contribute to the smooth operations of our company while gaining an intimate insight into a cutting-edge healthcare company.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing essential administrative support while assisting with day-to-day financial operations.

**Administration**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the company
- Maintain confidential information and files with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports as required.
- Procurement and Supplier Management
- Document and Contract Administration

**Accounting**:

- Work with the CFO to assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements.

**Your profile**:

- A minimum of 1 year in a similar role or a bachelor's degree in administration, law, HR or accounting. Experience with international HR and scale-up organsations is a plus.
- Proficient level of English (C1)
- Great organization and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and be willing to lend a hand and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- An interest in software development and/or healthcare.
