An important global services company, based in Málaga, is looking for a Total Rewards Assistant Director to developed to build a better working enviroment.

Your key responsabilities will be:

- Drafting and updating the Company's compensation policies.
- Leading the Company’s compensation structure and submitting it to the Leadership for discussion and approval purposes.
- Leading the analysis and interpretation of salary and benefit surveys defining the actions to be taken based on the Company’s policies.
- Leading and coordinating the process for communicating salary increases to employees and notifying the related areas.
- Proposing the policies to be adopted by the Company and submitting them to the Executive Committee for approval purposes.
- Implementing and maintaining employee benefits, analyzing and monitoring the level of acceptance and use thereof by adopting corrective measures aimed at maintaining their effectiveness.

Required qualifications:

- Strong background (+10 years) in Compensation and benefits.
- Degree in HR would be preferred. Highly valuable Master degree in Compensation or similar.
- Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio - working knowledge of MS office.
