Nos estamos preparando para la transformación hacia el vehículo eléctrico, al mismo tiempo que digitalizamos los procesos y desarrollamos y capacitamos a nuestrxs empleadxs.

En línea con este compromiso, buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de producción con perfiles técnicos para liderar el proceso hacia la electrificación. En este sentido, la batería es un elemento fundamental en el vehículo eléctrico, es por ello que buscamos personas con muchas ganas que quieran formar parte de este apasionante reto.

Aquellas personas que estén interesadas en sumarse al proyecto, lo harían en un inicio en SEAT Componentes para, posteriormente, trasladarse a la nueva planta de ensamblaje de sistemas de baterías en Martorell, una vez finalice su construcción.

El área de Producción, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo como **Testing Technology Stack.**

Sus **tareas principales** **serán**:

- Supervisión y control sobre las pruebas de liberación del producto en Pruftechnik.
- Asegurar la Calidad de los productos y procesos, así como definir y unificar los criterios en la toma de decisiones ante desviaciones de Calidad detectadas en (EOL) Pruftechnik para evitar reclamaciones en Cliente o un elevado índice de rechazo/retrabajo.
- Determinación y fijación de límites de liberación cualitativa en los parámetros de prueba de alta ZP. Según los estándares.
- Análisis de las No conformidades, toma de decisiones (Proceso de eliminación de Fallos).
- Supervisión de valores limites, valores consultados ,Medidos y calculados.
- Representante de Calidad en gremios “ Pruftechnik Battery System”
- Participación en grupos de trabajo para industrialización de proyectos.
- Realización de planificaciones y acompañamiento lanzamiento nuevos proyectos
- Homologar y documentar piezas nuevas o modificadas
- Asegurar el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos desde la fase de desarrollo hasta la introducción en el mercado.
- Aseguramiento, liberaciones de Producto y Procesos
- Interpretación de Planos (electrónicos).
- Realización de informes

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**:

- Ingeniería Ramas técnicas o Grado Superior, electrónica/electromecánica

**Formación específica**:

- Aplicaciones de Calidad
- Análisis de problemas
- Gestión de Calidad
- Gestión de Proyectos
- Paquete Office (Ofimática)
- Conocimientos de Materiales/dimensionales
- Técnicas de comunicación
- Vehículo Eléctrico, HV, Baterias etc.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés Medio y/o Alemán Medio/Avanzado

**Otros**:

- Técnico de medición, sistemas de validación de prueba TEST Electrónico Baterías.
- Titulación N3 y EFK
- Técnico de medición, sistemas de validación de prueba TEST Electrónico Baterías.
- Capacidad de valoración y decisión resultados obtenidos en Bancos de prueba, “Battery Test”.
- Conocimientos sistemas de validación pruebas eléctricas ,electrónicas (EBOX,BMC, Celdas).
- Conocimiento en diferentes químicas de Celdas.( LFP Vs. NMC)
- Conocimiento concepto liberación pruebas de estanqueidad (Presión y Caudal)
- Experiência Gestión Calidad
- Experiência en lanzamiento proyecto
