En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a para formar parte de la División de Arquitectura basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.

Funciones:

- Desarrollo de Due Diligence técnicas y auditoría de instalaciones sobre edificios existentes
- Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles
- Diseño en DWG, Revit Mep de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y señales débiles
- Cálculo de instalaciones mecánicas,eléctricas y señales débiles
- Elaboración de estado de mediciones y de presupuestos de referencia
- Elaboración de informes técnicos de estado de edificios y naves
- Proyectos de licencias de actividades
- Proyectos de licencia de obras
- Dirección de obra de instalaciones
- Graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial / Ingeniería Técnica Industrial
- Experiência mínima de 5 años realizando funciones similares
- Nível alto de Inglés y Catalán
- Conocimientos necesarios: Hoja de cálculos de instalaciones eléctricas, señales débiles y mecánicas. Autocad architecture, Photoshop, Revit /BIM Mep. Paquete Office
- Persona analítica y rigurosa, orientada al cliente y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo
