**The role you’ll play**:
We are looking for an Operations Solutions Team Lead to join our team in Valencia. You will be leading a team of Operations Solutions Project Managers and Operations Solutions Leads, being responsible for ensuring the flawless delivery flow and execution for a dedicated portfolio of customers in accordance with customers’ expectations and the LanguageWire strategy. This entails driving supplier management for the portfolio; securing realization of KPI through best-in-class workflow, capacity, and resource management as well as competence develop for dedicated OS team. As an Operations Solutions Team Lead you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager(s) dedicated to the portfolio to ensure continuous alignment to customer expectation and to realize initiative to further improve the customer experience of working with LanguageWire.

- Contributing towards sustained business growth through flawless delivery flows and customer insight input
- Ensuring flawless delivery flow through clear alignment with Customer Success Managers
- Leading, expanding, and monitoring the Project Management team
- Creating, maintaining, and overseeing delivery flow for portfolio including resource and supplier management
- Ensuring clear directions (briefings and instructions) to internal/external suppliers and PMs to secure quality execution and delivery
- Driving realization of operational KPIs through optimized utilization of workflow

What you’ll need to bring
- 1- 2 years of experience in team leadership, preferably from a team leader position
- A structured work approach, strong business acumen, project management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent relationship building skills and service minded
- You are a quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
