Se requiere la coordinación y el diseño para recoger 3 insights principales:

- Insights desde un punto de vista general, tendencias del cliente y mercado.
- Insights Retail (enfocados en la línea de ventas minorista, supermercados Diaprix.
- Insights wholesale (enfocados en la línea de ventas mayorista, Cash & Carry Dialsur.

Entre otras, te encargarías de llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:

- Conocimiento de las tendencias a corto, medio y largo plazo del mercado y consumidores en el ámbito mundial / europeo y de nuestra zona de relevancia, en Levante.
- Realización de informes **cualitativos y cuantitativos**de cada una de las líneas de negocio y preparación de los mismos ante reuniones comerciales y de estrategia.
- Creación y seguimiento de un cuadro de mando y KPI's.
- Nível de satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificación market share y customer market share.
- Invoicing & budget control; negociación y gestión de alta proveedores, facturación y control presupuestario... Colaboración en la realización de workshops a nível interno, recopilando toda la información recogida en los mismos, elaborando informes de actuación.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura / Grado en Publicidad, Marketing o similar.
- Deseable Máster o equivalente.
- Valorable conocimiento del sector Retail y/o FoodService.
- Al menos, 3 años de experiência en puestos que requieran conocimiento del mercado y el cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y capacidad analítica.
- Planificación y organización.
- Adaptación y flexibilidad.
- Nível de inglés alto (B2-C1.
