Dans un contexte international, nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) **Gestionnaire Central Support (H/F) **pour rejoindre l’équipe Central Support composée de trois personnes.

**Missions**

**SUPPORT CLIENT**:

- Assister et répondre aux demandes des clients sur notre plateforme dédiée
- Réaliser les reportings hebdomadaires sur Excel pour nos clients
- Créer et mettre à jour les fiches clients dans notre logiciel interne
- Répondre aux questions de notre filiale au Portugal sur les factures présentant des anomalies
- Réaliser l’étude de prospects pour nos commerciaux
- Assister la responsable pour assurer le lien avec les services internes et externes

**GESTION ADMINISTRATIVE**:

- Contrôler la bonne intégration des factures dans notre système informatique
- Vidéocodage/découpage de factures
- Elaborer des modèles d’intégration de factures dans notre outil

**Profil recherché**

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac à Bac+2 dans le domaine de la Gestion

Bon niveau d’anglais oral et écrit requis

Connaissance d’une 2e langue Italien ou Espagnol appréciée

Maitrise des outils et logiciels informatiques et plus particulièrement d’Excel

Notions de comptabilité

CDI, temps plein (38,75h / semaine) avec 10 RTT/an, basé à La Motte-Servolex (Savoie) dans de superbes locaux
