Overview:
**Business Contribution**:
Manages the EDF Frame Agreement project to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered within the predetermined project scope and in compliance with all relevant standards.
In parallel project management of other France Oil & Gas projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicates appropriately with the customer on all project matters.
- Liaises with members of engineering, manufacturing, quality and safety to explain project requirements and build a realistic and accurate project plan to meet cost, quality and delivery requirements.
- Ensures each stakeholder is aware of the progress of each project against the project plan and highlights any issues expediently so corrective actions can be taken where appropriate.
- Works with internal colleagues to ensure the resource is available to deliver each project as per customer requirements and our commitments to the customer.
- Delivers project summaries to the finance team to facilitate revenue and EBITDA forecasting and costing data for project invoicing.
- Ensures invoices are raised on time and accurately throughout the project and once completed.
- Takes ownership of maintaining and developing Project Management standards, policies & procedures in line with Company procedure.
- Actively participates in improvement initiatives to remove bottlenecks and waste from the process.
- Adheres to all Company policies including but not limited to quality and safety.
**Required Capabilities**:
- A recognized Project Management qualification and proven track record of successfully managing low volume, high value industrial tool projects.
- Able to communicate fluently in both French and English, both verbally and written
- Proven MRP experience
- Good level of engineering knowledge preferably Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and proven track record of working effectively within a matrix structure
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills coupled with practical, hands-on problem-solving approach
- High energy and drive
- Knowledge of design standards, documentation and certification requirements
- Knowledge of and experience working in nuclear energy market preferred
- Work well with mínimal supervision; self-discipline and motivated
- Good working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
