Cycling Tour Logistics

Ensure our guests have an incredible experience from the moment they get in touch to enquire about a tour. Ensure our itineraires are perfectly adapted to our guests. Oversee the high quality delivery of our tours season, learn from what we can do better and start again

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience delivering cycling tours is essential
- Route planning on one or more platforms.
- Exceptional organisational & time manangement skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong team player
- A love and passion for cycling. Aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle values.

**Beneficial Skills & Experience**
- Experience working as a guide on fully supported cycling tours
- A second language - French is particularly desireable for this role
- Knowledge of Europe’s best cycling regions

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

You will work in our dynamic team to:

- Oversee the delivery of our tours season:

- Ensure bikes, equipment & vehicles are ordered, maintained & prepared for every tour departure
- Lead tour kick-offs with guide teams, ensure everything is in place for a smooth delivery
- Travel to selected tours to meet guests & ensure quality standards are being met
- Responsible for sales, logistics & delivery of cycling tours in France & Morocco
- Respond to new inquiries and questions from guests about tours & take bookings.
- Book hotels, guides and other activities/resources.
- Creation of detailled tour itineraries with all the necessary information; including detailed checks of gps. routes.
- Select the delivery team and oversee a perfect delivery.
- Collect feedback from the delivery team & guests to learn areas of improvement
- Oversee quality control for all tours - assess feedback, define actions and ensure tehy are implements ahead of the next departure.

Possible role extensions include:

- Product design - input into the creation of new cycling tour itineraries
- Tour recon - visiting hotels, meeting suppliers & checking routes

**Contract Details**
- 40hr full time contract including weekend work during peak delivery seasons.
- The role is based in our office in Fornells de la Selva
- Travel is required
