**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **CMDB Product Owner **you will have to understand and communicate customer needs, assisting the Product Manager in the prioritization and development of epics, features and user stories as well as the creation of the program vision and roadmap.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

- Help with the creation of an end-to-end product vision and program backlog including customer needs gathering, roadmapping and stakeholders management.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap.
- Oversees and control program execution and align projects with vision and goals.
- Prioritizes and promotes business demands to product evolution.
- Participates in agile ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Develops and commits to team PI objectives and iteration goals.

EXPERIENCE
- IT Service Management knowledge and understanding.
- Advanced understanding in agile project management and program management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in successfully, respectfully and logically negotiating with stakeholders.

EDUCATION
- Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
- ITIL Foundation certification will be a plus.
- SAFe/SCRUM/Lean certifications are a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Team oriented and ability to work in an agile manner.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams.
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Exceptional project management skills; ability to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines while delivering projects that align to the business strategy.
- Design thinking and customer centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to ideate and innovate, can evangelize product vision utilizing customer research and data analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task.
- CMDB Expert and Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM Module.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
