Casa Direct ya es uno de los agentes inmobiliarios líderes en la región de la Axarquía que ya cubre toda la Costa del Sol. Con operaciones firmemente establecidas desde nuestra oficina central en Frigiliana, buscamos expandirnos y trabajar con personas de ideas afines que se esfuerzan por convertirse en parte de un equipo de primera clase.

**Responsabilidades**:
Listar y vender bienes inmuebles.
Tareas generales de oficina cuando no está fuera de casa.
Crear análisis de mercado para ayudar a determinar el valor de la propiedad.
Educar a los clientes sobre los procedimientos básicos de bienes raíces y las oportunidades.
Asista a las visitas con los clientes de Casa Direct.
Asistir con la comercialización de la marca y la firma de nuevas propiedades en nuestra cartera.
TRABAJE DURO PARA SUS CLIENTES Y CONSIGA NEGOCIOS REPETIDOS. Programa de tutoría: lo emparejamos con un líder de equipo tan pronto como termine la incorporación. Su trabajo es hacer que se intensifique e integre rápidamente.

Casa Direct are already one of the leading real estate agents in the Axarquia region already covering the whole of the Costa Del Sol. With operations firmly in place from our head office in Frigiliana, we are looking to expand and work with like minded individuals that strive to become part of a first class team.

If you're looking to increase your production in 2023, we can help. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you want to do a volume of deals, we’re the place for you. All new agents will receive full training and support.

**Responsibilities**:
List and sell real estate.
General office duties when not out and about.
Create market analysis to help determine property value.
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and opportunities.
Attend viewings with Casa Direct clients.
Assist with marketing the brand and signing new properties to our portfolio.
WORK HARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND GET REPEAT BUSINESS.Mentorship program: We pair you up with a Team Lead as soon as you finish Onboarding. Their job is to get you ramped up and integrated quickly.
