Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, exercé à distance ou depuis nos formidables bureaux de Paris, Dubaï ou Barcelone.

Mais...il est difficile d'y arriver sans trouver ce qui t’inspire vraiment et sans acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour y parvenir : productivité, leadership, prise de parole en public, coaching, gestion du stress...

C'est pourquoi nous concevons des formations et des contenus pour transmettre un **ensemble d'outils et de stratégies centrés sur les soft-skills, le développement personnel et la performance.**

**Paradox n’a qu’un but **:_aider les personnes et organisations à vivre leur vraie ambition_**

Le défi est que certaines personnes vivent le fait de se former comme ennuyeux, trop difficile, ou au contraire : comme un truc de looser

Oui, nous avons tous connu ce professeur ennuyeux ou sommes tombés sur cette vidéo avec des théories perchées.

Il faut que ça change

Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d’ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d’entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d’artistes ( Gad Elmaleh) et d’athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

**️ Notre ambition est de faire en sorte que nos accompagnements soient aussi attrayants que de regarder Netflix et ne laisse comme seul choix la réussite de nos clients**

**Aujourd’hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d’organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.

Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l’ambition internationale.

Et c’est là que tu rentres en scène.

**TA MISSION**:

- Ta mission principale est de mettre en place **un workflow de post-production** **ultra efficace** qui permette d’**augmenter la production** des contenus sans en réduire la qualité **:bien au contraire**.

Tu es le garant de la bonne répartition des missions pour chaque monteur, du bon déroulé des projets **de A à Z** et du respect de **l’ADN**. L’automatisation des tâches est ton **leitmotiv **

**1. Tu LEAD les projets A à Z et rends ta team plus PERFORMANTE**:

- **Tu manages tes équipes d’une main de maître et sais les embarquer sur les projets. Tu identifies les erreurs récurrentes et fais en sorte qu’elles se surpassent au quotidien**
- **Tu planifies la post-production ET la diffusion des contenus en coordination avec l’équipe. Tu es garant du respect des deadlines**
- Tu détermines et anticipes le volume et les techniques de post-production nécessaires.
- ** Tu mets en place un WORKFLOW qui BOOSTE nos publications**- **Tu es en veille permanente sur les évolutions techniques, tu es pro-actif et proposes des solutions pour améliorer sans cesse la productivité, la réactivité et la qualité de nos contenus**- **Tu es à l’aise avec tous types de contenus** (interviews, teasers, vidéos de formation et marketing, etc )- **Tu es à l’écoute des feedbacks des managers des différents pôles**

**2. La post-production est dans tes GÊNES**:

- _ _*Tu as déjà travaillé comme monteur, ou connais très bien la technique. Tu sais estimer le temps de traitement des missions demandées.**
- _ _*Tes retours sont précis et justes, tu connais le vocabulaire technique et aide les monteurs à comprendre tes feedbacks.- Tu as un goût prononcé pour le graphisme et sais faire des retours sur les vignettes.- **Tu as une vraie vision et une vraie créativité qui t’amène à pousser les projets encore plus loin.**

**3. Ton but : mener ton pôle au SOMMET et faire grimper les KPI’s**:
- **Tu as une vraie capacité d’analyse et fais remonter les chiffres clés du pôle pour des comptes-rendu managers et ainsi ajuster la stratégie**
