As a **Legal Counsel**, you will be **ensuring the compliance with applicable laws & regulations **at Enreach Spain.

**THE ROLE**:
**In this role, you will be**:

- Reviewing **customer and supplier contracts**, as well as supporting the HR department.
- Participate in the **drafting of agreements, letters, and legal documents **(confidentiality agreements, service agreements, data processing agreements and other commercial agreements).
- Providing legal advice on **LOPD and Compliance** matters.
- Participating in **internal company projects.**:

- Responding to the **requirements of official entities.**:

- Providing support in the** implementation of corporate legal tools.**:

- **Maintaining the company's database** of contractual and legal documents updated, ensuring compliance with expiration and renewal deadlines.

**WHO ARE YOU?**:

- You have completed studies in **Legal Sciences** (Law).
- You must have **at least three years of experience** in a similar position (in-house).
- You must have an **advanced level of Spanish and English**: this will be the language of regular communication with part of the team.
- You must be a **specialist in the commercial area** and bring general knowledge of other legal areas.
- You have previously worked in **GDPR**: you will have direct contact with third parties.

We will also value knowledge and/or previous experience working in **technological companies** (telecommunications, telecommunications, etc.).
