- Mission:
- Member of the control team at site level
- Contribute to daily indicators construction and challenge of operational team
- Contribute to understand and validate the operational KPI and financial performance
- Ensures reliability and timeliness of group Reporting
- Ensure the interface between Controlling team and Operations
- Responsabilities:
- Participate to, understands and challenges financial monthly closing on his/her P&L line(s)
- Secure accuracy of information and coherency between operations and KPI
- Identify, prepare and pilot improvement of performance KPI to monitor and secure site performance (Overhead analysis, SAP key user, PRS calculation. etc..)
- Provides analysis of monthly results (explain variance vs. budget AND month M-1 on P&L)
- Identify actions of Back on Track and follow up with operational teams
- Contribute to budget and 5 years business plan processes
- Develop or implement standard control tools
- Secure compliance and internal control testing and improvement action plans.
- Secure accounting is done based on IFRS/local rules and participate in external audit preparation
- Qualifications
- Education:
- Degree in Finance, or Audit or MBA- High proficiency in ERP usage, preferably SAP- High proficiency in Excel and google tools- High level of written and oral English.- Proven high analytical skillsProfessional Experience- People with a 2/5 years professional experience in industrial Controlling or Audit.- Knowledge and previous experience auditing, accounting and corporate finance- Key Competences:
