**Mission**:
The aim of this position is to be responsible for the follow up and push up the transformation challenges helping business make important decisions regarding profitability, operations, and workforce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing organizational change strategies to help drive successful implementation and adoption of the changes being driven as part of transformation initiatives.
- Analyse current business infrastructure in a critical manner plan and report back on data found.
- Identification of process efficiencies and optimization opportunities on workstreams (operational efficiency and process optimization).
- Review progress on engagements, benefits realization, identify and develop plans to address gaps.
- Financial analysis: evaluating business, projects, budgets, and other finance-related transactions to determine their performance and suitability for the company (forecasting, financial reporting, analytical model, etc).
- Definition of functional requirements through the implementation and including subsequent monitoring.
- Optimise business processes for maximum output.

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of a bachelor´s degree (ADE, Finance, engineering) and additional relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 years of experience as a strategy consultant or similar role.
- The ability to collect and analyse data, assess problems, and find structural solutions to business challenges.
- Be competent in conducting and delivering quantitative research.
- Have strong numerical ability to analyse performance metrics.
- A challenging and enquiring mindset.
- Be a goal-driven oriented person used to meet deadlines.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
