**WB Family CM Spain - Product Change Leader**

Accountabilities:
The jobholder is the “End to End” accountable in CMPM Process, all along

the program life cycle,* for changes impacting RFE sections/WPs and

System Spain ATAs, from the change initialization until the implementation of

the change on the aircraft and MOD closure and certification (Linefit and/or

In-Service Modifications).

This could include Significant MODs with high impact in Airbus MCAs / FALs

and/or our customers: DDMS / Lean PLM, Modifications with several NatCo

(Engineering and Production) / Suppliers / Plants involved, Major Industrial or

In-Service Issues (MIP and MISP) and Airworthiness and Safety items
- The PCL acts as the Project Leader for the Changes he/she is in charge of.

He/she is accountable to lead the MOD MFT and coordinate transnationally

all involved stakeholders (Plants, Industrial Planning, Production,

Engineering, Customer Services, Suppliers)
- He/she is accountable for all the CMPM deliverables for the dossiers he is in

charge of to enable the best decision making at Decision Board on TCQ.

Then, he/she is accountable for the correct implementation of the change on

the aircraft, according to the Decision Board mandate, on time, on cost and

on quality.
- He/she is accountable for the implementation of the change, ensuring the

compliance with A330 and A350 Programme Policies. She/he is taking the

lead on the end to end modification implementation by all stakeholders and

gathering all the inputs to deliver right first time.
- He/she is accountable of the implementation of Design Readiness Gate &ramp;

Responsabilities:
Industrial Readiness Gate on significant changes when applicable

The PCL is accountable to coordinate all required contributors
(engineering, chief engineering, VSM, manufacturing engineering,
procurement, customer services, product offer, FAL ) during the Change
Request lifecycle ensuring all CMPM deliverables (EDD, IDD, MDD, PDD,
CSDC, CDD, MP Dossier, RG) are provided On-Time and on-Quality.
B. He/she brings the Change Request to the Maturity Board and Decision
Board to allow Programme to decide whether or not to implement this
Change on the aircraft, by gathering all required inputs: technical impacts,
manufacturing impacts, supply chain repercussions, costs, schedule,
point of embodiment, risks
C. After the Decision Board, he/she is then accountable for the correct
implementation of the change on the aircraft until MOD closure and
Certification, according to the Decision Board mandate, on time, on cost
and on quality.
D. He/she is accountable for the Design & Industrial Readiness Gates after
MOD opening to secure right first time and to anticipate any deviation on
cost and/or planning
E. He/she is accountable to secure and present the CM deliverables for the
MGs Reviews when applicable.
F. He /she also can play the role as Configuration Management Operational
Manager (CMOM) for A330/A350 and Configuration Management
Industrial Integrator (CMII) for those WPs/ATAs under his / her perimeter
for A330.
