- Experiência previa demostrable en hostelería como Supervisor/a de recepción de hotel
- Indispensable experiência anterior en hoteles, valorable en cadena Marriott.
- Disponibilidad total horaria y flexibilidad.
- Imprescindible hablar castellano, catalán bilingüe e inglés nível alto. Valorable otros idiomas.
- Conocimiento de programa operativo
- OPERA
- Vehículo propio para llegar a las instalaciones.
- Buen nível de comunicación y atención, serás la imagen del hotel

**Funciones/Responsabilidades**
- Acoger y despedir a los huéspedes, realizando el registro de los clientes al llegar al hotel y a su salida. Entrega de llaves a los huéspedes y asegurarse de que los clientes saben llegar a su estancia o que tienen toda la información precisada.
- Gestión de reservas y cancelaciones de dicho establecimiento.
- Gestión de los ingresos, llevando un control de los cargos de las habitaciones y haciendo un recuento de la caja recaudada.
- Promover las instalaciones que ofrece el complejo turístico, como puede ser el restaurante, la sala fitness y el resto de compartimentos del hotel. Así como actividades o planes organizados por el hotel.
- Realizar tareas de PMS
- Conocer Marriott Bonvoy y reconocer a los miembros al igual que los beneficios que le corresponden.
- Atender y tramitar reclamaciones o quejas por parte de los huéspedes, incluyendo las más graves derivadas del equipo de recepción.
- Gestionar los horarios de los miembros del equipo de recepción y garantizar siempre una cobertura adecuada
- Asegurar de que se sigue el proceso de reserva para agilizar procesos
- Aplicar y desarrollar planes y estrategias para garantizar que todos los miembros del equipo trabajen de forma coherente y sigan los procedimientos.
- Proporcionar reportes a la dirección del hotel sobre incidencias con clientes y en el departamento de recepción.
- Tener la llave maestra de todas las habitaciones del hotel y asegurarse de que no se entregue.
- Garantizar que todos los miembros del equipo reciben la formación adecuada en materia de salud y seguridad y la respetan en su entorno de trabajo.
- Garantizar que la calidad del trabajo sea coherente y acorde con las expectativas.
