As a Junior Affiliate Manager at Hero Gaming, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and management of our affiliates across various markets and brands. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and growing our current affiliate accounts, and explore new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Help in optimizing affiliate deals and campaigns to improve overall affiliates' LTV.
- Develop your communication and people skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Participate in account management activities under guidance, gaining experience and knowledge in this area.
- Work under the supervision of the Head of Acquisition Marketing and contribute to the team's efforts.
- Support in overseeing affiliate deals to ensure profitability and good LTV, developing a keen eye for detail.
- Monitor affiliate daily performance and assist in reporting any irregularities.
- Contribute to business development by identifying potential new affiliate partners.
- Support in negotiating and optimizing affiliate deals and contracts.
- Engage with data analysis to understand affiliate performance in terms of cost, player value, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal operational and creative teams to assist in enhancing marketing campaigns through the affiliate network.
- Help in building relationships with key partners and provide support to ensure their success.
- Assist in project management of other marketing channels.
- Participate in team activities and support training and development needs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research under guidance, and assist in providing updates to company management
- May be required to affiliate conferences from time to time.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience or interest in Account Management or a related role, preferably within the iGaming Industry.
- Eagerness to learn and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic analytical skills and interest in data interpretation.
- Strong communication skills. Desire to develop negotiation skills.
