Tasks
- Being part of international projects from scratch
- Coding and testing in the highest quality
- Be part of the architectural decisions
- Use best practices to refine the code
- Actively participate in teamwork (Scrum, BE Tribe)
- Lead and support team’s focus on technical OKRs
- Actively contribute to elevating the technical knowledge of backend engineers
- Drive technical debt and areas of improvement, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities
