La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la correcta entrega de los activos digitales (interpretación del briefing, planificación, definición de audiencias, control de calidad, medición del éxito), y de la activación y gestión de campañas.

Digital operation executive

**Job Description**:
Responsabilidades clave:

- Habilidades de gestión y excelente conocimiento del entorno digital con foco en programática (principalmente en DV360, Amazon, TTD, etc).
- Pensamiento orientado al negocio del cliente y mentalidad estratégica.
- Garantizar la correcta entrega de los activos digitales (interpretación del briefing, planificación, definición de audiencias, control de calidad, medición del éxito).
- Activación y gestión de campañas: optimización, análisis del delivery e inversión, entrega de seguimientos e insights al finalizar la campaña.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Más de 2 años de experiência en la gestión de campañas digitales y experiência en el entorno Programático.
- Experiência trabajando con diversos DSP, en especial DV360, TTD y Amazon.
- Fuertes capacidades en priorización de tareas y optimización de dedicaciones en función de impacto de las tareas y grado de urgencia.
- Experiência trabajando en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos, tanto internos como proveedores de datos y Publishers externos.
- Comunicador claro y conciso.
- Apasionado por todo lo digital, el rendimiento y los números. Curioso.
- Dominio de Español e Inglés.

Requisitos deseables:

- Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
- Orientado a los resultados y autónomo, capaz de encontrar soluciones, asumiendo la responsabilidad de alcanzar los objetivos.
- Buen equilibrio entre habilidades estratégicas/analíticas y ejecución operativa.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo con empatía, entusiasta, motivado y resolutivo.
- Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno en constante evolución.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas con los publishers.
