**Tax Assistant**

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage tax calculations of main Spanish applicable taxes, as well as the Spanish tax compliance.
- Handle notices and enquiries from the Spanish local tax authorities.
- Provide support to the Tax part of the Group external financial audit.
- Support on the Group tax monthly closing and the annual forecast for tax purposes.
- Report and inform on an accurate manner the affiliate’s tax position, as well as any material tax issue.
- Support with Group’sTransfer Pricing compliance (local files, service agreements, etc.) and other international Group’s tax matter.

What will you need as a successful Tax Assistant?
- Law Degree or Double Degree Business + Law.
- Masters in Tax Law highly preferred.
- Qualified Tax lawyer with 1-2 years of tax experience at a law firm working with international clients and/or multinational companies.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong knowledge about Spanish Tax in both direct and indirect taxes (Corporate Tax Group and VAT Group knowledge highly preferred).
- Experience with Transfer Pricing.
- Accounting knowledge demonstrated by understanding financial information for tax calculation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to work with deadlines and targets. Strong problem-solving skills.
