- Reportando al CEO de la compañía, el _**_Chief Operating & Purchasing Officer_**_ se encargará de:
- _Participar en la definición del plan de expansión de la compañía juntamente con el CEO y propiedad, así como llevar a cabo la ejecución del mismo, asegurando que se cumple el objetivo de aperturas previstas y supervisando la ejecución de los proyectos realizados por el equipo de project management. _
- _Liderar _la función _de Compras a nível grupo, llevar a cabo negociación con proveedores de forma centralizada para todos los centros, así como _a nível local_ para algunas categorías específicas. _R_esponsable directo del Food cost de la compañía._
- _ Liderar las Operaciones del grupo, gestionando la P&L del negocio, individualizada por centro y asegurando un buen nível de rentabilidad así como el cumplimiento de los principales KPIs. _
- _Gestión del personal de los centros. Participar en el proceso de selección, formación y desarrollo, así como garantizando que los equipos están dimensionados según facturación y asegurando unos costes de personal adecuados. _
- _Supervisar los procesos de cocina y seguridad alimentaria con el objetivo de optimizarlos para que se desarrollen de la manera más eficiente posible en cuanto a tiempos, calidad y coste. _
- _Participar en las reuniones del comité y del consejo con capacidad para exponer al nível más alto cuál es la situación económica de cada centro y cuáles son las principales ratios. Al mismo tiempo que participará activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégica de la compañía.**The Successful Applicant**:

- _ Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Comercio internacional, Económicas, Ingeniería o similar._
- _ Muy valorable máster o posgrado en Dirección Comercial y/o Operaciones. _
- _Experiência mínima de 15 años en el sector de la Restauración Organizada, trabajando para empresas líderes del sector, imprescindible venir de entornos procedimentados y altamente profesionalizados. _
- _Disponibilidad para residir en Madrid y para viajar cuando sea necesario por el desarrollo del negocio._
- _ Perfil adaptable, flexible y con alta capacidad de trabajo._
- _ Muy buenas dotes de negociación. _
- _Orientación a resultados. _
- _Capacidad de análisis. _
- _Liderazgo cercano, accesible y colaborativo. _
- _Nível de inglés alto._
