**What success looks like in this role**:
**Work/Task Description**:
The PMA will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks such as:
- Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes
- Set up and maintain project files
- Administer or assist the quality review process
- Assist with the compilation of reports
Others (process contractors' POs and invoices, use of corporate tools (webtime, P-Relay, etc, Europass CV formatting, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Works under the direct supervision of a more senior project resource.
- Participates in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and new systems design.
- Work with the QA team to prepare test scenarios and data.
- Documents and manages business and functional requirements.
- Expected to develop excellent documentation skills and gain familiarity with business process tools.

- Use powerful analysis and modeling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.
Bilingual (C1 level) in both English and Spanish.

- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
