Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager with fluent French language skills. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the French-speaking market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Identify new business opportunities within the French-speaking market and develop strategies to win new clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts in the company’s CRM system
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
