¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Supervisar y apoyar las actividades financieras, contables y comerciales de las filiales españolas así como de la matriz del grupo.
- Dirigir el plan financiero de las distintas sociedades de la empresa en España.
- Elaboración de informes: preparar y proporcionar los estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y de final de año de forma precisa y puntual.
- Control financiero interno: mantener controles financieros y operativos adecuados.
- Revisión constante de los cierres periódicos y pago de impuestos.
- Responsable de la auditoría de las filiales españolas y del grupo consolidado.
- Elaboración del presupuesto de tesorería y supervisión mensual para evitar cualquier tensión de liquidez, equilibrando ingresos y gastos.
- Relación con las distintas entidades de crédito y gestión y negociación de los contratos de crédito.
- Apoyar con análisis e información financiera procesos de licitación con terceros.
- Preparación de certificados de cumplimiento y/o cualquier documentación financiera solicitada por agentes externos e inversores.
- Minimizar los riesgos financieros para acelerar el crecimiento de la empresa.
- Apoyar la coordinación de las actividades generales de inversión y M&A.

**Requirements**:

- Imprescindible experiência previa dirigiendo y desarrollando equipos financieros.
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de planificación financiera, elaboración de presupuestos y aprovisionamiento.
- Experiência trabajando en entornos internacionales con una gestión de operaciones multidivisa.
- Excelentes aptitudes analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para aportar ideas financieras estratégicas.
- Amplio conocimiento de los controles internos, los requisitos de cumplimiento y las mejores prácticas de gestión de riesgos.
- Muy buenas dotes de comunicación y liderazgo, con dominio del español. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas (inglés).
- Autonomía y alto nível de iniciativa, además de capacidad para trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo.
- Demostrar una integridad incuestionable en todos los aspectos del trabajo y en el trato con los demás.
- Actitud positiva, entusiasmo y ganas de seguir aprendiendo.
