**What we expect**: Misión:
En tu rol de **Ingeniero/a de Procesos **definirás y monitorizarás todos los procesos productivos y flujos de materiales de la fábrica, aplicando la metodología Lean Manufacturing, buscando la optimización de los costes y siempre enfocado a la mejora continua, aseguramiento de la calidad y la seguridad. También liderarás, a nível de fábrica, los proyectos de industrialización de nuevos productos en desde la fase de concepto y diseño hasta la producción seriada, cumpliendo los hitos clave del proyecto.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y mantener los planes para la eliminación de los despilfarros, utilizando la metodología SSQDC
- Fomentar la mejora continua a través del establecimiento de acciones de mejora que ayuden a mantener una tendencia positiva en los KPI´s
- Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar el trabajo estandarizado dentro de sus áreas de trabajo
- Industrialización de nuevos productos
- Auditar continuamente las áreas bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando que se cumplen los estándares de Seguridad, Calidad, Control de Producción y Productividad
Colaboración con el resto de áreas de Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, I+D, Calidad, Oficina Técnica, Supply Chain
**Who we are looking for**:
- Graduado/a en Ingeniería.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años demostrable en puesto similar.
- Experiência liderando proyectos y metodologías ágiles (scrum, Kanban, otros)
- Muy valorable conocimientos y experiência en ingeniería de procesos de fabricación
- Nível alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
- Habilidades interpersonales ,excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia y enfoque a cliente.
- Resolución de problemas y saber gestionar situaciones de conflicto de interés.
