**Job description**

**Context**:
Management of engineering teams ( Design / Stress /Systems Installation) in an international context and aeronautical environment

Tasks and Challenges :*
**_Project management_**
Plan, organize and coordinate all the activities of the teams in order to achieve the objectives

- Manage capacity versus workload ;
- Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities ;
- Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing) ;
- Analyze risks to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action ;

- Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders:

- Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project,
- Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitored
- Prepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),
- Represent the company with customers, subcontractors and partners ;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers with the aim of satisfaction ;

Lead the team: recruit, train, coach, evaluate, recognize everyone's work, efforts and skills.
- Listen and communicate with each employee and detect any blocking points, or even conflicts.
- Resolve problems, tensions, conflicts, discrepancies
- Animate the ritual of daily "FLASH" meetings with the entire team

**Profile**

**Hard-Skills**
- Good experience in the aeronautical sector
- Ability to work in an international matrix structure
- Ability to Analyze & Synthesize
- Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel as well as project monitoring/follow-up softwares
- Understanding of financial aspect of projects
- Excellent writing skills
- Languages: English (fluent), French (valued)

- Strong ability to monitor and anticipate changes in workload and team needs
