For our central office in the center of Barcelona, we are looking for a Master Data Product Trainee. This person will be responsible for the management of product database in Grandvision Portugal systems, to support Purchasing & Sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master data management - using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Creation, extension and maintenance of products references.
- Application of correct workflow.
- Validation of creation or modification of products in the databases.
- General management of ticketing platforms

Other activities:

- Participate to generic mailbox management.
- General support to the daily operations
- Contact with headquarter in Italy.

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent in Economics, or equivalent.
- Fluent or Native level of Portuguese is mandatory. High level of English and ideally good level of Spanish (nice to have).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules.
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Rigorous with ability to organize tasks and focus on details.
- Strong team spirit.
- Good communication skills, spoken and written.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Available ASAP - Paid Intern contract 6 months +6 months.
