**Food & Beverages Operations** **Trainee**

DESCRIPTION

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world is looking for a trainee for the Corporate Food & Beverages Operations Department.

**DURATION**:6 months

**THE JOB**:
The F&B Operations Trainee supports all the team members from the F&B Operations department. This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on local and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) level. Cooperate within different areas, together with the team, to ensure that the departments goals are reached and continuously improved. The F&B Operations team strives to create systems, process and tools that allow to run effective, scalable, and profitable operations within our restaurants, bars, meetings & events in hotels and ensure highest guest experience and F&B team engagement, relevant to operating environment, and continuously in line with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.

To support the team, the trainee will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as implementation of the F&B 4.0 model in focus hotels, development of tools, routines and reports, creating competitive benchmarking reports between hotels and outlets, tracking the progress in tools and routines implementation, maintenance of the internal product management tool, coordination of tasks between key F&B Operations stakeholders, and lastly be involved in ad-hoc F&B Operations projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in implementation of the F&B 4.0 model in focus hotels
- Help in development of tools, routines and reports used on local and EMEA level
- Creating competitive benchmarking reports between hotels and outlets
- Tracking the progress in tools and routines implementation
- Maintenance of the internal product management tool
- Coordination of tasks between key F&B Operations stakeholders
- Lead ad-hoc F&B Operations projects.
- Create presentations, for internal and external purposes
- Manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders, responsible for the agenda, minute-taking, follow-up and for ensuring delivery dates are met.

**A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE HAS**:

- To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
- Availability to work 40h a week
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in hotel or restaurant industry is more than welcome
- Practical Microsoft Office experience (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, under tight time constraints
- Flexible and proactive
- “Everything is possible” attitude
- Team player, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization, within different countries
- Autonomy and high feeling of responsibility
- Results oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
