**Who are you?**
- You’re a passionate Junior Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation;
- You enjoy delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to clients;
- You understand client needs, present technical solutions, and contribute to the success of sales cycles.

**We need your expertise for**:
Our dynamic sales team, working closely with both sales and engineering departments. You’ll provide pre-sales technical support to both current and potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in comprehending client needs, presenting technical solutions, and contributing to the success of sales cycles.

**What skills and experience you need**:

- Degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Computer Science] or equivalent experience;
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical details clearly and understandably;
- A passion for sales and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members;
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various client interactions and tasks;
- Proactivity and a keenness to learn, with a problem-solving orientation;
- Familiarity with technologies or tools relevant to Syneto’s products/services;
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support roles is advantageous;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

**What We Need You to Do**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend technical requirements and propose suitable solutions;
- Participate in the preparation and execution of technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients;
- Address technical queries from potential clients, furnishing precise and comprehensive information about our solutions;
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the technical features, advantages, and competitive benefits of our products;
- Attend sales meetings and discussions, lending technical insights and expertise;
- Contribute to the creation of sales materials, technical documentation, and other supporting resources;
- Provide product training to clients and members of the sales team as necessary;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies;
- Collaborate with the product development team to offer customer feedback and improvement suggestions;
- Identify fresh business opportunities and potential growth areas;
- Support the sales team in meeting revenue goals and objectives.
