Business Analyst - Commerce Technology
- A business analyst for Commerce is responsible for driving our continued growth and success via innovation, analysis and development. Coordinating, on technology development within the Commerce team and across cross functional teams.
- We are looking for a business analyst to develop and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity within our Commerce Platform.
**What you'll do**
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels to drive our commerce- Partner with stakeholders across business to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, Respond to questions and concerns from stakeholders with supporting research and recommendations.**What you should have**
- Experience in analytics and systems development- Proven analytical abilities- Experience in generating process documentation and reports-
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing- Experience with data visualization and technical writing**Working for Lynk & Co**
