- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Reportando directamente al responsable de Service, se pretende trabajar en los siguientes puntos:

- Apoyar a la red de distribución, así como formar a su equipo de ventas de Service.
- Planificar actividades y marcar objetivos con la distribución
- Incrementar el nível de ventas y la rentabilidad de los productos de la cartera de Service en la zona determinada (Noreste: Cataluña, Aragón, Navarra, País Vasco, Cantabria, Canarias y Baleares).
- Lanzamiento de las campañas propuestas para la venta de productos vinculados al Service.
- Aumentar el nível de satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes en la zona designada realizando visitas junto con los distribuidores.
- Asesoramiento técnico-comercial a nuestra red de distribución en la zona designada.
- Preparación contratos de mantenimiento, así como hacer el seguimiento de estos
- Asesoría en calidad de leche, buen ordeño, higiene, etc.

Your profile and qualifications:

- Idealmente se busca un Ingeniero Agrónomo o Grado en veterinaria, aunque también son válidos perfiles de ingenierías.
- Máster en gestión de empresas o gestión de ventas deseable
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares
- Conocimientos en procesos de venta, métodos de organización, herramientas ERP
- Habilidades demostrables en negociación y contrataciones con clientes
- Experiências en desarrollo de la distribución
- Valorables conocimientos en manejo de granjas de leche
- Disponibilidad para viajar durante la mayor parte del tiempo
- Nível B2 hablado y escrito de inglés y español
- Persona dinámica, con habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de adoptar la toma de decisiones marcadas por las líneas estratégicas
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Pasión por la producción animal, la ganadería, la economía agraria, el diseño de explotaciones, etc.
- De mente abierta y con habilidades para la resolución de problemas
