This is an exciting opportunity to join and work across the Shared Tech organisation and wider King business to help drive a wide range of technology projects, including both longer term strategic initiatives and shorter term tactical work.

Our Technology Strategy & Operations team is a central supporting function within Shared Tech, with three key pillars: a Programme Management Office (PMO) which supports major projects & programmes across the Shared Tech org; Service Delivery which has responsibility for handling outsourced services; and Strategy & Ops which supports the Shared Tech leadership with planning, governance, and communications.

The teams within Shared Tech work across all the technology that King uses to power our live games, including data infrastructure, machine learning, payments, in
- game events and our own game engine. The vision within Shared Tech is "We are the stage where King games love to perform”.

This role reports to the Associate Director, PMO and will work closely with other members of the PMO team, the wider TSO team, and Shared Tech leadership.

**Your role within the Kingdom**
- Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders for effective project implementation.
- Support in the development of business cases.
- Develop project scopes and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders.
- Create & handle detailed project plans, making adjustments as required.
- Use appropriate tools and systems to continuously monitor progress.
- Effectively lead and communicate changes in project scope and schedule.
- Track and mitigate project risks, reporting, and raising issues to management as necessary.
- Provide consistent project status reports to various stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to template development.
- Build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across departments within King and our parent company Activision Blizzard.
- Contribute to the project management craft at King.

**Skills to create thrills**
- Experience in project management, including project analysis, tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Track record of successfully running projects through their entire lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling collaborative work with a wide range of teams, roles, and levels of seniority in a fast
- moving organisation.
- Ability to focus on critical issues and respond to competing priorities, with effective time management skills.
- Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Bonus points**
- Previous PMO work experience.
- A personal interest in technology and mobile gaming.
