From Grupo Crit Barcelona, we are selecting Content Moderators with native German + high and fluent English for an important Contact Center located in Barcelona
As a Content Moderator, you will be in charge of managing and supervising the videos of an important social network to ensure that they do not contain inappropriate or violent content. You will view videos, images, audios, etc. as you do in your free time, but taking into account that, in some cases, the audiovisual content may contain harsh images not recommended for very sensitive people.
The main requirements are to have a native level in German and a high level in English
You must have a very high level of English (training in this language and official language of the company). Minimum level B2.
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or similar.

**Requisitos**:
Norwegian native and advanced English
Good technical PC skills
Goal-oriented work approach
Awareness for current cultural, political and social events
Affinity with social media platforms
Experience within content moderation, customer service or other contact center environments will be valued.
Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
Obligatory studies finished: According to the legislation in Spain, a Document to prove it will be MANDATORY to be able to hire you. Meaning Obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will be an added value.
