In-house Lawyer

**Description**:
We are looking for someone passionate about law with experience working within the legal system, to join a major multinational.

The vacancy is for a position as a LEGAL COUNSEL ‍‍

You will be in charge of:
Providing LEGAL SUPPORT to the different departments that make up the company

Manage and SUPERVISE the daily support to the company's activity from a LEGAL point of view.

MANAGE and coordinate the different company projects at a national and international level. In COLLABORATION with external CONSULTANTS and ADVISORS.

COORDINATE and collaborate with a TALENTED LEGAL TEAM.

Drafting and review of documents and contracts that focus on COMMERCIAL and SALES relationship.

**Requirements**:

- ️ Completed Bachelor Degree in LAW.

Fluent communication in Spanish, English and French or German. (Other languages are also valued)

+7 year's experience in a law firm.

Demonstrable experience working in the commercial area, corporate and/or international law.

Highly DETAIL ORIENTED
