El equipo de **Connectivity & Network **en Capgemini Engineering se encarga de diseñar, implementar y optimizar las redes que son esenciales para las operaciones de las empresas. Tiene como misión garantizar que estas redes no solo funcionen de manera eficiente, sino que también sirvan como una plataforma sólida para la innovación digital.

Trabaja estrechamente con los clientes para abordar desafíos complejos relacionados con la infraestructura de red, eliminando ineficiencias y simplificando la gestión de la conectividad. A través de su experiência, ayudan a las organizaciones a descubrir y adoptar soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas que aceleran la transformación digital, permitiéndoles estar a la vanguardia en un entorno empresarial cada vez más competitivo.

Actualmente, estamos buscando incorporar a un/a **Enterprise Architect **con al menos **6 años de experiência en proyectos de redes. **Especializado en áreas BSS (Business Support Systems) como CRM, Canales (Web/App/Retail/Hotline/Partner), Catálogo de Productos, Gestión de Pedidos, Facturación, Inventario y Logística.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Gestión de un equipo de soporte operativo Network con horario de oficina. (no guardias, disponibilidad ni turnos)
- Revisión de solicitudes e incidencias que se vayan asignando y toma de decisiones en el escalado de estas a otras areas.
- Recogida y análisis de reportes del equipo.
- Mejora de procedimientos para una aceleración en la resolución de problemas.
- Informes semanales, mensuales y trimestrales sobre el estatus de las solicitudes al servicio.
- Revisar que todo este bien documentado y disponible en los portales de clientes.

**¿Qué buscamos?
- Arquitecto Senior Cross Domain / Arquitecto Empresarial: Enfocado en Arquitectura de Aplicaciones, Datos y Negocios.
- **10 años de experiência en la industria de Telecomunicaciones y 6 años gestionando proyectos de redes**:Especializado en áreas de BSS (Sistemas de Soporte de Negocios) como CRM, Canales (Web/App/Retail/Hotline/Socios), Catálogo de Productos, Gestión de Pedidos, Facturación, Inventario y Logística.
- Principios de Arquitectura: Familiaridad con la definición de principios arquitectónicos y conocimiento de las mejores prácticas en procesos de Telecomunicaciones.
- Diseño de Soluciones End-to-End: Amplia experiência en el diseño de soluciones end-to-end a través de múltiples aplicaciones.
- Arquitecturas de Microservicios y Soluciones Cloud-Native: Conocimiento sólido en microservicios y soluciones IT cloud-native.
- Experiência en TMForum: Conocimiento de los estándares TMForum, incluidos ODA, Open APIs, eTOM, SID y TAM.
- Colaboración y Orientación: Fuertes habilidades de colaboración, brindando orientación arquitectónica a stakeholders (proveedores, arquitectos de soluciones, expertos en dominio, representantes de negocios).
- Evaluaciones de Arquitectura: Experiência en la evaluación de arquitecturas y preparación de propuestas de decisión para juntas de arquitectura.
- **Nível de inglés C1.

- Experiência/antecedentes en las siguientes áreas son valiosos: Señalización (3G/4G/5G); CORE Móvil; Redes.
