Within Woolworths 360, the Woolworths Facilities Management (WFM) Service team is one of the largest providers of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Services in Australia. The team operates around the country to support our stores, including performing day to day service and maintenance efficiently and with minimum disruption to our stores and customers.

The refrigeration landscape is always changing. We strive to be at the forefront of refrigeration technology with a focus on sustainability and have stores that utilise the latest CO2 refrigeration systems and associated controls. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with these systems, as this role won’t only provide the exposure, we can also provide training and opportunities to further develop your skills, through our internal teams and relationships with industry-leading partners.

**About The Role
**We have the opportunity to join and support our Woolworths State Facilities Team in VIC as a Nominated Supervisor

This role is critical to our ongoing compliance and management of licensed work delivered through our in-house technicians, codes of practice, laws and regulations concerning our technicians’ delivery of refrigeration and HVAC services. You’ll ensure our work ( **Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Services and Essential safety Measures) **is properly supervised and that the correct certifications are in place. You’ll oversee and audit works in our stores and follow up on corrective actions whilst being responsible for work delivered. There are key stakeholders that you’ll liaise with including the leadership team in the state, asset management team and other departments to prioritise business and information needs to achieve the required compliances for self delivery of refrigeration and HVAC works.

The role will also be responsible for developing the auditing and supervision plan which includes agreed principles on risk rating the non compliance items, timelines for corrective actions to be implemented, reporting requirements and the detailed onsite auditing schedules and checklist questionnaires.

You will also be required to look after Tasmania and will require the below licences:

- An Electrical Practitioners Licence
- Have completed the Electrical Contractor Training Course

If you do not hold the above licences we will support you to gain these licences.

**Who we’re looking for**

To ensure your success in this role, you must have the following:

- Must be able to pass a Fit & Proper test
- You must hold a Restricted Electrical Licence from ESV
- You must hold a VBA Plumbing Licence (Mechanical Services)
- Refrigerant Handling Licences for VIC - Arctick

Additionally, you should have the following:

- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in coaching and developing team members
- Ability to accept responsibility and be able to show a high level of commitment to safety and experience with safety systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of the industry regulations and laws in relation to the nominated supervisor role
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement with experience in managing internal tradespeople in the HVAC and refrigeration fields.
- Experience in setting up and operating a statewide auditing and supervision system as well as ensuring appropriate reporting and leadership in compliance management in similar trades
- Have completed Flammable Refrigerant Training J174A & J175A or equivalent; or be willing to complete training as soon as you commence
- Sound knowledge of Essential Safety Measures
