Bunge is looking for a **Project Management for Liquid Fuels E&A**, this role implements in the sites across the Region project management methodologies, tools and standards to achieve planned product and or technical results within time and budget.

They provide technical leadership and oversight for the execution of allocated CAPEX at market level in collaboration with the respective factories in the area.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Interactions with Business Development and relationship with main Stake Holders in operations and Value Chains
- Support the technical and industrial leadership in the market to successfully execute the project portfolio and to deliver projects on time and on budget, within the expected technical specifications.
- Works in coordination with all other business actors to deliver and maintain the necessary product mix, quality and cost to support protein division success.
- Works to guarantee that operational and technical aspects are alignment with the corporate goals, quality policies and safety and in harmony with other segments, areas and regions
- Manage the stage-gate development process as required
- Cascade and implement the minimum standards / engineering standards for facilities. Ensure that the global technical standards are available and used in the region to ensure safe and reliable design plants
- Embed other Bunge standards and procedures early in the projects: product safety, hygiene, environmental aspects, etc.
- Participate in the selection of suppliers, together with the purchasing area and business areas in the specific countries
- Periodically report the progress of on the status of the main projects
- Monitor project life cycle and proactively assist facilities that are not meeting established improvement goals
- Build project management competence in the market; train and develop the project teams.

**Education / Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Civil, Mechanical or Agricultural related engineering preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years engineering experience with at least 3 years of experience managing others
- Deep knowledge and expertise project management, engineering and operations.
- 5 years’ experience in management engineering/construction projects including estimating, scheduling and cost control required
- Working knowledge of safety, environmental, sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Project management methodologies proficiency
- Understanding of the Total Cost of Ownership Concepts
- General understanding of business performance indicators as WACC, RONA and project economics
- Must possess a demonstrated high degree of tact in dealing with both plant staff and craft personnel
- The ability to gain various stakeholders’ support for ideas, proposals, and solutions, as well as develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support
