**Job Purpose**
LEVEL Engineering and Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of it's fleet through strategic oversight of aircraft maintenance, engineering projects, and fleet planning initiatives. By leveraging technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge, the Manager drives excellence in aircraft maintenance standards, optimises fleet performance, and enhances operational reliability. With a focus on regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement, the Manager contributes to LEVEL's overall success.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Working with the contracted supplier to develop and supervise the program of inspections included in the Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP). Coordinate with the contracted Maintenance organisations and consider the time foreseen for the development of the works for their communication to the Commercial Management.
- Evaluate the fleet maintenance requirements in the medium and long term.
- Coordinate and supervise major reviews, ensuring the completion of all scheduled work and scheduled aircraft down times.
- Managing relationships with the supplier to ensure that all service levels and targets are met including cost effectiveness.
- Ensure that all FlyLevel aircraft are maintained in accordance with the regulations and requirements defined by the EASA, aircraft and equipment manufacturers standards.
- Coordinate with the contracted supplier to control the daily maintenance activity in the FlyLevel network, by liaising with the crews and the Operations Control Centre, including AOG situations.
- Monitor the technical condition of the aircraft and control the maintenance activity in the FlyLevel network.
- Work with the operations planning department on the routing of the aircraft to ensure necessary stops for maintenance both at the base and at the other stations of the FlyLevel network.
- Supervise the control of life limited parts, inspections and Airworthiness Directives, so that they are completed within the established deadlines.
- Responsible for monitoring the management of the control system for deferred defects in the fleet ensuring that they are corrected within the time limit.
- Monitor safety events and occurrence reports in the operation of the aircraft in accordance with the FlyLevel procedures Work with the other members of the CAMO team to support the delivery of a safe and airworthy operation of the FlyLevel fleet.

**Education**
Studies in Aeronautical Engineering.
**Experience**
At least 5 years of experience as CAMO Engineer or part 145.
