**LA OPORTUNIDAD**
El negocio de la restauración comercial organizada es el segmento con mayor crecimiento dentro del mercado de la restauración y es una oportunidad estratégica para el negocio de helados de Unilever.
Los principales motivos de ese fuerte crecimiento es la aparición de nuevas enseñas, el desarrollo de las actuales vía franquicia y el fuerte desarrollo del ‘food delivery’ que varias de estas cuentas de restauración comercial organizada están aprovechando para llegar a más hogares y aprovecharse de las nuevas tendencias de consumidor.
Tanto el negocio de restauración comercial organizada como el proyecto de food delivery (ICNow) se tratan de canales estratégicos para el negocio de helados de Unilever y de una buena oportunidad para llegar a muchos nuevos hogares aprovechando los nuevos hábitos de consumo. Para ello, y dentro de proyecto ICNow, Unilever está desarrollando la oportunidad del ‘delivery’ no sólo en colaboración con las principales cadenas de restauración organizada, sino también desarrollando una estrecha relación comercial con las nuevas plataformas de delivery (Glovo, Deliveroo, UberEats, Just Eat) explorando las distintas alternativas que estas plataformas ofrecen.
Para liderar el desarrollo de este canal (restauración comercial organizada y ICNow), Frigo está buscando un responsable de cuentas de restauración comercial organizada y líder del proyecto de delivery (ICNow).
**CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRAVÉS DE**:
Tu responsabilidad será la de liderar el crecimiento de las cuentas de restauración comercial organizada, y desarrollar todo el potencial de crecimiento que el delivery representa para helados.
Las principales cuentas de las que serás responsable son Telepizza, Zena Alsea, Burger King, PapaJohn´s, Restalia y Taco Bell entre otras; y el diseño de estrategias/ coordinación de las cuentas digitales ya mencionadas previamente (Glovo, Deliveroo, UberEats, Just Eat).
- Acompañar y asesorar las cuentas de las que serás responsable directo, siendo un experto en cuál es la estrategia del cliente y desarrollando planes de venta adaptados a cada cuenta que te permitan llegar a los objetivos de facturación y de rentabilidad.
- Trabajarás codo a codo con el equipo del Digital Hub y los Brand Managers de las marcas para desarrollar calendarios de activación que estén alineados con las prioridades estratégicas de las marcas y con las prioridades estratégicas del cliente.
- Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos de finanzas, equipo de ventas, customer facing para ejecutar todo el plan de cuentas de los clientes de los que serás responsable.
**LO QUE NECEISTARÁS PARA TENER EXITO**:
- Pasión por las ventas y por el canal de eCommerce / food delivery y la oportunidad que este canal representa para las marcas de alimentación
- Empuje para liderar a equipos multidisciplinares y lograr los objetivos comunes de ICNow
- Es clave tener experiência en ventas /Trade Marketing y tener un sólido conocimiento financiero para liderar tus cuentas.
- Capacidad metódica y estructurada, con mentalidad innovadora y emprendedora y un claro enfoque en el logro de objetivos.
- Es necesario también tener experiência en digital y comprensión de métricas (from adquisition to sales conversion).
- Lean mindset: Es clave ser rápido y agile y traer speed a toda la organización.
- Entreprenerial spirit: Hemos de desarrollar un negocio partiendo from scratch, en el marco de una gran empresa. (Founders mentality: Act as an owner)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de negociación.
- Habilidades informáticas sólidas, que incluyen MS Office, software de marketing (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) y aplicaciones (análisis web, Google Adwords, etc.)
- Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relevante
