**FUNCTIONS**: Importante despacho internacional de reconocido prestigio busca incorporar un/a Abogado/a especializado en Life Sciences, con experiência de entre tres y cuatro años en despachos de primer nível y nível proficiency de inglés. El/la profesional se integrará en el departamento de Life Sciences de la oficina de Barcelona, trabajando con un prestigioso equipo de referencia en su sector. En concreto, el/la profesional desempeñará las siguientes funciones: Compliance y regulatorio: - Asistencia y negociación con la Administración Pública para la firma de acuerdos techo y otros acuerdos de riesgo compartido. - Defensa de los derechos de las compañías farmacéuticas ante las diversas medidas adoptadas por las administraciones en materia de uso racional del medicamento y contención del gasto farmacéutico. - Creación de proyectos de colaboración sanitaria con la Administración Pública y programas de atención al paciente. - Diseño, elaboración y negociación de proyectos de investigación tanto de entidades públicas como privadas. - Early access programs (uso off label, uso compasivo y acceso a medicación extranjera). Competencia: - Diseño de políticas de racionalización de la distribución de medicamentos. - Implementación de políticas de precios y gestión de situaciones de comercio paralelo. - Revisión e intervención en procedimientos relativos a prácticas comerciales. - Asistencia al cliente en reuniones con terceros ante organismos colegiados. - Protocolos y programas de formación ante inspecciones de autoridades nacionales y europeas y auditorías de compliance. Publicidad: - Consultoría estratégica para la confección y desarrollo de campañas promocionales. - Asesoramiento en la gestión, distribución y patrocinio de contenidos promocionales, con su consiguiente adecuación al Código de Buenas Prácticas de Farmaindustria y Fenin. - Implementación de procedimientos internos y programas de formación para el cumplimiento de los códigos de autorregulación de Farmaindustria y Fenin. Defensa legal en procedimientos deontológicos. La persona seleccionada debe reunir los siguientes requisitos: - Grado en Derecho y Máster de Acceso. - Máster de especialización en Life Sciences. - Entre 3 y 4 años de experiência en el asesoramiento en Life Sciences en despachos de primer nível. - Nível de inglés proficiency (C2).
