Position Summary

1. Maximize the marketing impact on business growth by developing new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business strategy and objectives;
2. Promote continued marketing communication to ensure consistent branding and messages in all marketing channels: PR, digital, media, campaigns, events, trade, retail, POP materials, etc;
3. Lead external teams’ deliverables, by coordinating project briefs, proposals, and reports, align with company´s objectives;
4. Support channels expansion and customer´s loyalty, based on a sustainable business development and strong partnership.

Role and Responsibilities
- [Communication strategy support] Assist in the environment analysis of market, competitor and product and conduct competitor benchmarking required for setting local communication strategy;
- [Contents Strategy deployment] Test and define contents matrix to deliver relevant messages and creativities on direct marketing channels;
- [Local Product Launches] Develop product differentiation triggers to position Climate Solutions in local market, based on company, competitor and market analysis and define the USPs to communicate in the different active channels;
- [Trade Marketing Operation] Support local Brand visibility, by activating key-events, in order to influence Product consideration by Region, by Channel, by Customer Target;
- [Management of integrated marketing program] Manage to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities can be carried out within a consistent message, look & feel.
- [Promotions & Media planning] Participate in the creative and relevant approaches to promote sell-in and sell-out dynamics and Brand visibility on paid media, designing systematic and feasible strategies and tactics aligned with the organization's strategy and visions;
- [Budget Controlling and Efficiency] Manage marketing expenses plan, procurement, execution and control, following HQ process guidance and requirements, has project owner;
- [Collaboration sense] Promote a cooperation model between departments by creating synergistic ways of working in a multi-departmental environment with a sense of co-responsibility for organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Necessary Skills / Attributes
- 10+ years’ experience in a Marketing Management with a multi-channel approach
- Experience on planning and executing local go-to-market products/solutions, involving different internal and external stakeholders
- Experience on external teams’ coordination, by leading external agencies briefs, proposals, deliverables and results
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on public presentations
- Fluent English has mandatory
- Ability to analyse and report insights regarding all key marketing performance indicators
